Family History for ADES, ROBUS, PONT I am researching my family history, which has led to the Battle, Rye, Crowhurst, Iden areas. I have noticed that the family names of ADES, PONT & ROBUS have a heavy concentration in these areas. I am therefore hoping to contact any other descendents of James Edward ROBUS & Charlotte Ann ADES (married Sep 1878), or of Aaron ADES & Ann PONT (married Mar 1844) (Charlotte Ann's parents), or descendents of their relatives. Trying to find my great Great Grandmother? Hi don't know if anyone can help me as i dont know everything .. trying to find my great great grandmother all i know is that she was born in crowhurst in 1856 or there abouts her name was Mary and she married at about aged 32 to William Adams she had a daughter Annie. anyhelp would be so appreciated. I beleive she may have worke as a domestic servant in Selham grange Crowhust. |
